About Restore AI.
Restore AI is case management software built only for victim service providers, from family justice centers and domestic violence shelters to law enforcement, prosecutor offices, and universities. It pairs a web app for advocates with a private mobile app for survivors.
Restore AI was founded in Denver, Colorado by Jack DeWolf after he survived a violent assault in 2023 and saw the gaps in survivor aftercare firsthand. The company is family owned and shaped by what advocates in the field ask for.
Live onboarding training, typically three one-hour sessions, along with ongoing support and a self-service Learning Hub.
Onboarding is typically three one-hour sessions covering setup and advocate training. Data migration takes longer and is scheduled around your go-live date.
Yes. Migration is handled with you, not handed to you. We map your current fields and records to Restore AI, move the data, and check it together before go-live.
Security and confidentiality.
Restore AI is built to support HIPAA compliance. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and each organization’s data is kept separate. Multi-factor authentication is supported.
Only the people you allow. Access is set at the case level, so partner agencies and programs that share a system still see only the cases they are part of.
Custom exports can reference client identifiers rather than names, supporting safe, anonymized reporting to funders and boards.
Our Trust Center holds security policies and compliance documentation. Restore AI is built to support HIPAA compliance, and data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Case management and Triage.
Yes. Board stages, custom fields, forms, tags, and reports are all set up by your own admins. No consultant and no support ticket is needed to make a change.
Triage is where requests for help arrive in Restore AI. You build custom forms, every submission lands in one queue, and your team can add notes and create a case from it in one click.
As many as you need. Common ones are a Get help now form for survivors, referral forms for partners such as police departments, universities, and prosecutor offices, and a hotline call log for your own staff.
Yes. Triage partner forms give police departments, prosecutor offices, universities, and other partners a link or an embedded form with your logo and your questions. Each submission arrives ready to review and turn into a case.
Yes. Cases can be tracked by site, program, and phase. Supervisors can look at one location or all of them together.
Funder reporting and HUD.
VOCA Performance Measurement Tool (PMT), HUD Annual Performance Report (APR), and HUD CAPER reports are in the library today, alongside state reports built with the providers who need them. The library keeps growing.
Tell us. We build new state and federal reports with the providers who need them, and the custom report builder covers one-off requests in the meantime.
Yes. Restore AI is a validated HMIS Comparable Database vendor, listed on HUD Exchange for HUD APR and CAPER reporting. Providers that cannot enter data into their local HMIS can use Restore AI to meet HUD reporting requirements.
Yes. The custom report builder lets you pick fields from cases, services, and forms, filter them, and export the result for a board, a foundation, or a local funder.
From the case record. Advocates log services, demographics, and outcomes on the case as they work, and each report counts from that data. Nothing is entered a second time for the funder.
The Survivor App.
The Survivor App is the private mobile app that comes with Restore AI. Survivors use it to message their advocate, book appointments, share documents, and find resources between visits.
The Survivor App is available for iPhone and Android, so survivors can use the phone they already have.
The app opens with a passcode or Face ID. Restore AI is built to support HIPAA compliance, and data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Yes. Messages, appointments, and documents from the Survivor App are saved to the survivor's case, so advocates work from one place.
Yes. Survivors can read guides, next steps, and resources in the language they are most comfortable with.
Optional AI.
No. Survivor data is never used to train a model. The AI is tuned by our team, not by your organization's records.
Nowhere new. Survivor data never leaves your database, and each organization's data is kept separate.
No. AI is optional. Your organization decides whether to turn it on, and can turn it off at any time.
It summarizes a case so a covering advocate can catch up quickly, surfaces patterns across your caseload, and translates resources for survivors.
No. The AI summarizes, surfaces, and translates. Advocates read the result and decide what to do.
