Restore AI is a family-owned software company in Denver, Colorado. We build case management software for one field only: victim services.
In 2023, I survived a violent assault. What came next showed me how hard it is to find your way through the justice system, and how much depends on having someone consistent in your corner.
For most survivors, that someone is an advocate. I went looking for a software company built to support their work. I could not find one, so I started Restore AI.
We build for one field only. Every feature starts with what advocates and survivors tell us they need, and we stay close enough to hear it.
We are family owned, and we are here for the long run. The goal has not changed: give advocates their time back, so survivors get more of it.
Each of these features started as a request from a victim service provider. Advocates and directors tell us what the work needs, and we ship it while it still matters.
Women & Children First answers a 24-hour domestic violence hotline for callers across Arkansas. They needed every crisis call logged as it happens, so the hotline counts their funders ask for come straight from the record.
Coburn Place advocates often serve survivors in group settings. Entering the same service and case note on each record, one at a time, took too long. Now one entry logs the service and the note for every survivor in the group.
SAFE Family Justice Centers wanted to build their own assessments, such as a danger assessment or an Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) questionnaire, and keep the results on the survivor's profile.
No tickets, no tiers, no handoffs. When your team asks for something, the answer comes from the people who can change the product.
